I just learned of your mother's death from an old First Union friend. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember being at the hospital with Wayne in the days after her stroke. She was so strong and fought so hard to stay an active part of your lives. Wayne used to say that she did not need to speak - he could tell when she was happy or upset by her eyes. I remember one dinner when the old First Union gang got together and your Mom was sitting next to me. She showed her love for all of us with her kind smile. Your Mom and Dad will be in my heart forever.
