Warren Howard Vanderburg

Warren Howard Vanderburg, 82 of Concord, passed away, Monday, June 24, 2019 at the Tucker Hospice House.

Funeral service will be 3:30pm Saturday, June 29 at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant, officiated by Pastor Brad Hargett. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00pm on Saturday prior to the service. Burial will follow at Cold Water Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Vanderburg was born December 6, 1936 in Cabarrus County son of the late Worth Vanderburg and Martha Harrington Vanderburg. He was a retired truck driver for Yellow Freight.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years Elizabeth Henley Vanderburg; sons, Timothy Vanderburg, Steve Vanderburg, Dennis Vanderburg and Micah Vanderburg; daughter, Lisa Smith; brother, John Wayne Vanderburg; sister, Cathy Chilton; thirteen teen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
