Warren Linker

Mr. Warren Kendall Linker, 51 of Sagebrush Cr., Concord, died Sunday, September 12, 2010 at his residence. Funeral service will be 11:00am Tuesday at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant officiated by Rev. Robert Howard, burial will follow in the Miami Baptist Church Cemetery. The Linker family will receive friends from 6-8pm Monday evening at Gordon Funeral Home. Mr. Linker was born August 3, 1959 in Cabarrus County son of Alice Ridenhour Linker and the late Kendall Robert Linker. He was a truck driver for Carriker Logging. He attended Miami Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting and also finding things with his metal detector. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Janice Strickland Linker, sisters, Terrie Powles and husband Richard of Salisbury, Joyce Crayton and husband Rick, and Phyllis Swinson and husband Perry of Mt.
