Tammy Elizabeth Barrier

Tammy Elizabeth Barrier, 65, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at her residence.

Funeral service will be Friday, Sept. 15, at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant, officiated by Rev. Earl Bradshaw; burial will follow at Mt. Gilead Lutheran Church Cemetery. The Barrier family will receive friends beginning at 10:30am prior to the service.

Tammy was born November 16, 1957 in Cabarrus County daughter of Bill Barrier and the late Shirley Aldridge Barrier Whitley. She worked many years in textiles. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, Bill Barrier, she is survived by her husband, Rick Eudy; daughters, Cari Huffstetler (Danny), Natalie Rowland (Matt); stepdaughter, Cynthia Gigandet (Dave); sisters, Debra Storey, Angela Carpenter, Mandy Barrier and Stacey Carriker; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
