Pamela Rimer, 50, of Concord passed away unexpectedly Sunday, January 12, 2014 at her residence.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 7pm at Crossroads United Methodist Church in Concord. Pastor Lowell McNaney will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 5 - 7pm prior to the service.
Ms. Rimer was born March 2, 1963 in Cabarrus County, daughter of the late Fred Misenheimer and Shirley Cline Misenheimer. She was a very active member of Crossroads United Methodist Church where she was a member of the church's Prayer Team, One Heart Women's Ministry Team, a member of Pearls (small women's group), and the Missions Planning Team. She was a secretary for Dr. Wilson Daugherty at Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine in Concord.
In addition to her mother, Shirley Cline Misenheimer, she is survived by her daughter, Courtney Rimer, and son, Tate Rimer, both of Concord, a sister, Patti Fletcher (Brandon) and a niece, Hailey.
Pamela was dedicated to her children and their activities and she loved her family, her friends and her church. She was a spiritual influence to all.
