Keith Manning Kuenzli, 56 of Granite Falls, NC, passed away February 5, 2022 at Caldwell UNC Health Care.
A graveside service will be 12:00pm Saturday Feb. 12th at Cabarrus Memorial Gardens, 3892 Hwy 73 E., Concord, NC 28025. The Kuenzli family will receive friends from 9-11am Saturday Feb. 12th at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant, 8559 Cook St. Mt. Pleasant, NC 28124.
He was a believer in Jesus Christ and put Him first in his life. He was a member of Connect Christian Church in Concord, NC for 20 years and served on the building committees and in the children's ministry. He enjoyed coaching many rec. league sports teams including soccer, basketball, and baseball in Cabarrus County. After moving to Caldwell County, he attended and served on the Host Team at Waterlife Church in Lenoir NC.
Keith grew up in upstate New York. He graduated from Owego Free Academy in Owego, NY. He and his wife of 35 years, Tiffany, settled in Mount Pleasant, NC to raise their family. They recently moved closer to the mountains residing in Granite Falls, NC. Keith enjoyed family outings, hiking, and riding his motorcycle on the Blue Ridge Parkway with his wife Tiffany.
He received his Associate of Applied Science degree at Delhi College in Delhi, NY and received his Bachelor of Architecture degree at UNC at Charlotte, NC. Keith was a respected architect for over 20 years. Through his work, he positively impacted the lives of many people. He recently became a partner at Isom Ham Design Group, PA in Wilkesboro NC.
Keith is survived by his parents, James I. and Kristine J. Kuenzli; his wife Tiffany Skinner Kuenzli; daughter Samantha Wilson (Billy); son Joshua Kuenzli; sister Tina Kuenzli; brother Jeff Kuenzli; fathers and mothers in law, David Skinner (Sharon) and Nora Woodmansee (Frann); brothers in law, Chris Skinner (Denise) and Shane Flanders (Jessica); two grandchildren, Ford and Avery Wilson and several nieces and nephews.
