Kay Litaker Hahn

Kay Litaker Hahn, 71, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Tuesday December 10, 2024 at her home. 

Funeral services will be held 3:30pm Sunday December 15 at Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church in the main sanctuary, officiated by Rev. Earl Bradshaw. Burial will follow at Mt. Gilead Lutheran Church Cemetery. The Hahn family will receive friends from 2-3:15 prior to the service in the Lighthouse worship center. 

Kay was born in Cabarrus County, January 21, 1953 to the late Aubrey and Jean Pope Litaker. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church. She worked for the Concord Independent Tribune as well as many years at Cabarrus County Register of Deeds as the Assistant Registrar. She enjoyed travelling. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Tonda Kepley. 

She is survived by her husband, Roger Hahn; son Paul Honeycutt; step-son Jason Hahn (Angie); step-daughter Erica Hahn; granddaughter Anna Hahn; and sister Brenda Dwight.
