Joshua Buck

Joshua Allen Buck, beloved son, brother, grandson, and uncle, age 22, of Concord, passed away August 1, 2014. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Grace Church in Harrisburg, officiated by Rev. Doug Agnew, burial will follow at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The Buck family will receive friends from 6-8pm Monday at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant. Joshua was born May 5, 1992 in Mecklenburg County, son of Randy Buck and Wanda Kee Chilson. He graduated from Jay Robinson High School in 2010 and was to soon be a graduate of UNCC. He worked at the AMC Theater and Grace Church while attending college. Joshua enjoyed life, having many hobbies and activities including, archery, golf, disc golf, watching movies, gaming, reading and music. He also was a gifted writer, a very positive person and one to help others, above all he was a kind and gracious man. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bill and Dot Buck. Joshua is survived by his father, Randy Buck, fiancé Sherry Howk, mother, Wanda Kee Chilson and husband Donald, sisters Shannon Guilmette and husband Steve, (their children, Cheyenne, Henry and Sawyer), and Rachel Buck and fiancé David Taylor, maternal grandparents John and Shelby Kee and maternal great grandmother, Martha Kee, step brother, and sister, Thomas and Sarah, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
