Jo-Ann Hope

Mrs. Jo-Ann Mills Hope, 74 of Mills Cr., Concord, died Saturday, June 15, 2013 at her residence. Funeral service will be 3:00pm Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Mt. Pleasant Pentecostal Holiness Church officiated by Rev. Frank Sossoman; burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3pm prior to the service at the church. Mrs. Hope was born February 2, 1939 in Cabarrus County daughter of the late Henry Lee Mills and Ruth McCombs Mills. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a retired registered nurse. She enjoyed reading especially by the beach, and she also enjoyed gardening and her dog and an avid Tar Heel fan. She was preceded in death by her husband Willie Thomas "T" Hope a daughter Deborah Gaye Hope and a grandson, Gabriel Luke Hope. She is survived by two sons Michael Hope and Thomas Hope and wife Jennie, four grandsons Brandon, Austin, Jordan and Jacob. Memorials may be directed to Mt.
