Jane Elizabeth Smith Cline

Jane Elizabeth Smith Cline, 86, of Concord, passed away, Friday, March 24, 2023, surrounded by her family.

A private graveside service will be held at Miami Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Dale Jenkins officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6-8 on Wednesday March 29, 2023, at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant.

Mrs. Cline was born in Cabarrus County, daughter of the late Marvin Smith and Faye Morgan Smith. She was a member of Miami Baptist and recently enjoyed attending New Hope Worship Center. She enjoyed time spent with her family, especially cherishing memories made with grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob Cline and brother James Smith.

Jane was the best Mom and Maw-Maw and was called Aunt Jane by many. She will be missed by all.

After a lifetime of taking care of others, she is now being taking care of by her beloved Jesus.

She is survived by her daughter, Shanna Cline Martin (Brad); sons, Rick Cline (Mary) and Mike Cline, (Rhonda); grandchildren Shay Carnes (Jeff), Alison Eury (John Jacob, III), Michael Cline, Jr. (Jennifer Cox), Amanda Martin (Andrew), James Martin, Tommie Martin (Rachel), great-grandchildren Kennedy Carnes, Paisley Carnes, Lily Martin, Colton Carnes, John Jacob Eury IV and Bradley Martin; niece Libby Wall (Martin).
