Jane Hudson Bost, born on August 14, 1933, in Cabarrus County North Carolina, daughter of the late Samuel Hudson and Ola Cress Hudson, passed away peacefully at her daughter's residence on March 5, 2025.
A visitation will be held on March 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM at Saint John's Lutheran Church, located at 100 St Johns Church Rd, Concord, NC 28025, officiated by Rev. Matt Hansen; burial will follow in the church cemetery.
For many years, Jane, alongside her husband Brice Bost and their son Carl, owned and operated B&H Tractor Parts. Their business became not just a place of work, but a cornerstone of the community, where Jane's warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on all who visited.
A lifetime member of St. John's Lutheran Church, and the St. John's Grange, Jane was actively involved in the women's circle and maintained a strong bond with her faith community. Throughout her life, she found joy in gardening during the summer months, taking great pleasure in nurturing her plants and sharing her harvest with others.
Jane is survived by her son Carl Bost; daughter Carolyn Campbell; brother Coy Hudson (Julia); grandchildren Chris Campbell (Rebecca), Beverly Campbell (Trevor), Adam Bost (Whitney), and Megan Smyre (Chuck); and great-grandchildren Hannah, Steven, Alivia, Hollie, Jackson, and Darcy. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends who remember her as a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband Brice Bost and brothers Glenn, Ray, and Ned and son in law Lawrence Dale Campbell. Her legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to family and community will be remembered fondly by those she leaves behind.
As we remember Jane, we celebrate a life that was full of love, compassion, and dedication to family and friends.
