Jacqueline Faye Lefler

Jacqueline Faye Bryant Lefler, 74, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2017, at Tucker Hospice House.

A celebration of Jacqueline’s life will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, at her church, Cold Springs United Methodist, with the Rev. Dr. Anthony Bell officiating. Interment will follow in the church columbarium. The Lefler family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10 a.m.

A native of Baltimore, MD, Jacqueline was born July 5, 1943, to George Bryant and Audrey Honeycutt Bryant. She was predeceased by her parents and a sister Julia Olivas. When not fixing hair as a beautician at Fleetwood Beauty Shop, Jacqueline enjoyed spending beach time with family at Sunset Harbor and shopping.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Lefler of the home; a son, Danial M. Lefler, Sr. (Lesley) of Rockwell; two daughters, Cathy L. Talley (Marty) of Mt. Pleasant, and Myra L. Turnmire (Jeff) of Kannapolis; 10 grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; and her mother-in-law, Lillie Lefler.
