Hilda Shoe Lambert

Hilda Faye Shoe Lambert, 85, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023 at Atrium-Stanly.

Faye was born November 11, 1937 in Stanly County, to the late George Washington Shoe and Madie Cauble Shoe. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her daughter Darla Lambert Cook; grandson Travis Jerome Cook; brothers John, Alton, Ray and Harold Shoe; sisters Margaret Burris and Pauline Eudy. She was a member at Salem United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband Odell Lambert, husband of 66 years; daughter, Tammy (Wayne) King; grandchildren, Ashley King and Kati King and great grandchild Waylynn King; brother George Shoe, Jr.; sisters Linda Almond and Dorothy Parsons.
