Helen Hahn

Mrs. Helen Barringer Hahn, 92, of Franklin St., Mt. Pleasant, died Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at CMC-Northeast. Funeral service will be 3:00pm Thursday at Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity officiated by Rev. Dr. John Boyd and Rev. Donald Deal, and burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Hahn family will receive friends from 1-2:30pm at the church prior to the funeral service. Mrs. Hahn was born November 1, 1920 in Cabarrus County, daughter of the late Homer Monroe Barringer and Clara Barrier Barringer. She was a member of Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity where she was a member of the WELCA. She enjoyed attending Calvary Lutheran Church Senior Program. She also enjoyed cooking, traveling, gardening, and dancing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred W. Hahn, and a son-in-law, James N. Moser. She is survived by a daughter, Patsy (Pat) Moser of Kannapolis, grandchildren, Scott Moser and wife Shauna, their children, Colin, Caroline, and James, Jan Ragan and husband Marty, their children, Mallory and Matthew, Jill Rary and husband Dean and their children, Luke and Tyler.
