Faye Fisher Rooks

Faye Fisher Rooks, 89, of Mt. Pleasant, NC, went Home to be with our Lord, Thursday December 21, at the Mt. Pleasant House.

Mrs. Rooks was born September 19, 1934 in Cabarrus County, daughter of the late Paul Fisher and Minnie Creed Fisher. She was a very active member of Miami Baptist Church where she enjoyed church life and teaching bible school. She also liked quilting, reading and learning about and visiting the Amish Country. Her late husband Cletus Rooks, was a staff sergeant in the US Army serving 20 years. Faye was a military wife taking care of family life at home in Mt. Pleasant.
