David Muller

David R. Muller, 76, of Finger Rd., Mt. Pleasant, died Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Stanly Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be 3:00pm Sunday, August 11, at Gordon Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Steven Cottrell, burial will follow at Mt. Gilead Lutheran Church Cemetery. The Muller family will receive friends from 1:30-3:00pm prior to the funeral service. Mr. Muller was born September 5, 1936 in Ithaca, NY son of the late Oscar Muller and Harriet Babbock Muller. He was a member of the New Apostolic Church in Charlotte. He enjoyed many things in life, barbequing, traveling, bowling, gardening, bird watching, watching TV, and family gatherings. He was preceded in death by his first wife Sandra French Muller in 1996. He is survived by his wife Sarah Lee Muller, son, Scott Muller and wife Edith of Fredericksburg, VA, daughters, Lori Williams and husband Gary, and Michele Trupia and husband Patrick all of Mt. Pleasant, brother, Bruce Muller, sister Kathleen Malonif, grandchildren, Nicole Walker, Christopher Williams, Jamie Trupia, Chelsey Williams, Dustin Muller, Cory Muller and Kaitlyn Muller, great grand son, Sean Walker.
