Boyce Wayne Shue

Boyce “Buck” Wayne Shue, 83, of Gold Hill, NC, passed away, Monday, July 18, at Atrium Cabarrus.

Funeral service will be 4:00pm Friday, July 22 at Open Door Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Nathan Hammill; Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends, at the church, from 2-4pm prior to the service.

Boyce was born June 22, 1939 in Cabarrus County son of the late Paul F. Shue and Fannie Mae Shoaf Shue. He was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, NASCAR, and barbequing. He retired from Cannon Mills with 40+ years of service.  He was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Boyd, Gary, Tony Shue, Peggy Cranford, and Frankie Rowland.

He is survived by daughters, Penny Canaday, Trudy Davis and Leslie Bailey; sisters, Marsha Barringer, Sarah Harkey and Sue Beaver; grandchildren, Brittnay Mundy, Kayla Voros, Raven Shue and Aubree Bailey; great grandchildren, Lainey Luka and Lynlee Mundy.
