Bobby Joe Bridges

Bobby Joe Bridges, 78 of Mt. Pleasant, passed away, Monday, November 9, 2015 at the Tucker Hospice House. Graveside service will be 11:00am, Thursday, at Lutheran Church of The Holy Trinity Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Mike Johnson. Mr. Bridges was born June 22, 1937 in Cleveland County, son of the late Floyd Bridges and Maude Bell Bridges. He was retired from Rea Construction and was a US Army veteran. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Shirley Mitchell, Faye Stallings and Grace Hagler. He is survived by a sister Betty Rinehardt and husband Bobby of Mt. Pleasant and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials should be directed to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28083
