Debra Hill Lambert

Debra Denise Hill Lambert, 66, of Gold Hill, passed away Tuesday January 19, 2021 at her home. Debra was born July 7, 1954 in Cabarrus County to the late Carl and Joyce Hill. She was member and faithful servant of Open Door Baptist Church. She liked to be a “fixer upper” and repurpose anything she could. She also loved animals and would take in of any animal that would walk up. She is survived by her devoted husband of 35 years James Lee Lambert; daughters Sheana Litaker (Billy) and Brandy Burgess (Michael); grandchildren Kayla Hickman (Jake), Hannah Morton (Cameron), Tyler Burgess, Kyrsten Burgess and Trey Litaker; great grandchild Adelaide Hickman. She is also survived by her sister Teresa Starr Hill. Funeral services will be held at Open Door Baptist Church, 24639 Hwy. 49 Richfield NC, officiated by Pastor Nathan Hammill. The Lambert family will receive friends on Sunday January 24 at 2pm; burial will follow at 3 in the church cemetery.
